After years of running a successful family run laundry company in Hull, the founders, Laura and Karen Booth, faced repeat significant challenges from high overheads, staffing issues, and the constant need to manage year after year inflation, having to pass the costs down to their customers.
Their frustration in these areas led them to seek a more efficient model, ultimately leading to the creation of CASTconnect Ltd.
